I have received Credit Control letters for my unpaid bills
Your water charges are payable within 14 days, and after this time, credit control procedures will commence. You must not ignore correspondence from us on your overdue charges. Please contact us to discuss your options if you are struggling to pay your bill. All overdue charges will automatically be pursued through the courts which could result in you having a judgement filed against you for non payment. This Judgement will then affect your credit rating and may stop you from obtaining finance, accounts or other services that require a credit check.
I wasn’t advised of a price increase
Your bill will increase annually on the 1st April in line with the Thames Water increase. You will not be notified of this increase individually, as with your other utility services, this is an automatic annual increase. If it increases at any other time, you will be informed of the reason for this.
